Patient in hospital bed asking for prayers

A young Saudi man lies on a hospital bed wearing a white thobe, a face mask pulled down, and a black hat, looking exhausted and blankly staring upward while having his blood pressure checked. Snapchat caption bars ask viewers not to forget him in their prayers alongside broken heart emojis.

Used humorously to exaggerate extreme exhaustion, defeat, or heartbreak after a difficult day, exam, or situation.
