Donkey lifted by overloaded cart

A donkey harnessed to a two-wheeled cart is lifted backwards into the air by the heavy weight of water containers loaded at the rear, leaving its hind legs suspended up and its head touching the ground.

Used to describe being overwhelmed when tasks, work, or responsibilities exceed someone's capacity to handle them.
