Sandals outside doctor office

A hospital hallway showing a pair of sandals left neatly on the floor outside a clinic door. The scene mimics the traditional Gulf custom of removing shoes before entering a majlis.

Jokes about someone treating a hospital clinic like a traditional majlis by taking off their sandals at the door.
