Plastic tree of Qassim

A strange green conical plastic or fiberglass fake tree stands in a planter along a desert sidewalk. The text caption jokes that this is a tree made for people from Al-Qassim so they do not have to spend water on it.

Pokes fun at the popular Saudi stereotype regarding people from Al-Qassim being notoriously frugal and stingy.
