Elderly drug smuggler grandma

An elderly woman wearing a white camisole and strapped with taped packages of smuggled drugs around her torso and legs is flanked and held by police officers.

Used humorously to comment on elderly people doing unexpected criminal acts or dark humor about short prison sentences for very old people.
