Old man inspecting construction workers

An elderly Arab man wearing a dark thobe and shemagh climbs a makeshift wooden ladder from the bed of a pickup truck up to a terrace under construction. Several construction workers on the balcony watch as he climbs up to personally supervise their work.

Used humorously to depict micromanagement, extreme supervision, or Arab fathers insisting on inspecting every detail in person.
