Car tire screeching sound meme

A screenshot of a tweet by a local news account reporting on a traffic fine for aggressive acceleration and screeching tires, humorously transcribing the sound of the squealing tires phonetically as '( اوء )'. Below the text is an official Saudi Traffic infographic depicting a white sedan leaving skid marks on asphalt.

Used to laugh at the ridiculous phonetic spelling of a screeching car tire as 'اوء' in a formal news tweet.
