Woman face blurred then revealed in background

Two TV news report screenshots showing a censorship blunder. In the top frame, a woman being interviewed has her face blurred to conceal her identity, but in the bottom frame, while a man is interviewed with his face blurred, the same woman is clearly visible unblurred sitting right behind him.

Used to mock failed censorship, incompetence, or accidental exposure of something meant to be kept secret.
