Buff Smurf looking for Gargamel

A heavily muscular bodybuilder edited or painted completely blue, wearing a white hat and white pants to look like an intimidating Smurf. A text caption above him asks where Gargamel is.

Used humorously to show someone who has become overwhelmingly strong and is ready to confront their rival or bully.
