Boss watching over employee shoulder

A man sits at an office desk working on a computer while another man in a black leather jacket clings onto his back, hovering extremely close to stare intensely at the monitor.

Exaggerates extreme micromanagement and suffocating supervision at work when a boss suspects an employee is not busy.
