Baby sleeping next to huge sleeping woman

An extremely large woman sleeps heavily on a floor mattress right beside a tiny baby. The infant lies stiffly with wide open eyes, dwarfed by her size and in imminent danger if she rolls over.

Used to describe an extremely perilous situation where the slightest mistake could lead to catastrophe.
