New Year head pun

Side profile of a person whose head has been heavily digitally distorted and warped into an exaggerated, bulbous shape, accompanied by Arabic text.

Used around New Year's Eve as a literal visual pun on the Arabic phrase for New Year (Ras El-Sana, literally 'Head of the Year').
