Prison guard extra in Al Prince

A screenshot of a tweet by an extra who played a prison guard in the Egyptian series Al Prince, proudly asking viewers if they liked his performance. The two attached photos show him standing completely motionless with his eyes closed in front of a wooden prison door.

Used humorously to mock minimal effort or celebrate having an insignificant role while treating it as a huge accomplishment.
