Camel wearing shemagh on phone

A camel wearing a red and white shemagh on its head with a white wireless earbud tucked into its ear, captioned with a Snapchat text bar saying it will call back later because it has men over.

Used humorously to brush someone off or excuse oneself from a conversation by pretending to be busy hosting guests.
