Pretending to be crazy in car

A man in a white t-shirt sits in a car, placing his hands behind his ears while smiling and making an eccentric expression as if acting foolish or pretending not to hear.

Used to express playing dumb, ignoring someone intentionally, or acting crazy to get out of an awkward situation.
