Rank First Class Pitiful

An elderly, very thin man in a dark police or guard uniform and peaked cap stands next to a red truck looking tired and frail. A black caption bar at the bottom jokingly identifies his rank as First-Class Pitiful.

Used humorously to describe feeling completely exhausted, broke, weak, or totally helpless at work or in daily life.
