We see the tattoo bro

A man seen from behind wears a padded vest with a circular hole deliberately cut out of the upper back to display a portrait tattoo on his shoulder blade. The caption mocks his desperate attempt to make sure everyone notices his ink.

Used to mock someone who is trying way too hard to show off or flex something, like a tattoo, brand, or new purchase.
