Man standing on his little sister

A grown man stands on the shoulders of a tiny child dressed in white against a high courtyard wall, using her as a ladder to peek over the top. A text banner across the top reads sarcastically about the blessing of having a little sister.

Satirizes older siblings taking advantage of younger ones while ironically claiming they are a blessing.
