SpongeBob dumpster don't be fooled

A large yellow street dumpster on wheels with SpongeBob SquarePants' smiling face painted on its side, captioned with an Arabic phrase warning not to be deceived by appearances.

Used to express that something or someone might look nice or cheerful on the outside, but is fundamentally trash or worthless.
