Even the dog is annoyed

A dog lies curled up on a tiled floor with its paws pulled over its ears or head, looking thoroughly disturbed and annoyed by noise.

Used humorously to show that a sound, voice, or situation is so unbearable or irritating that even animals cannot stand it.
