Nero Padoru pointing at watch

An anime girl dressed as Santa Claus excitedly points at a golden pocket watch she is holding up. The character has short blonde hair, green eyes, and an enthusiastic expression as if announcing that the time has come.

Used to announce that December or the Christmas season has arrived and it is time for holiday memes.
