Homeless beggar with dog and dramatic cat

A homeless person, a dog, and a cat are lying in a row along a sidewalk, each having an upside-down paper cup in front of them for begging. The cat is stretched out completely flat on its stomach, looking overly dramatic.

Used to joke about someone dramatically exaggerating their suffering or pity-seeking for attention or money.
