Tom begging and dramatically weeping

A two-panel cartoon scene featuring Tom the cat kneeling on the floor and desperately holding onto the edge of a pink dress or fabric. In the top panel, he looks up with a pleading, anxious expression, and in the bottom panel, he dramatically throws his hand to his forehead while looking away like an exaggerated actor crying.

Used to express desperate pleading, exaggerated begging, or melodramatic sorrow to gain sympathy.
