Fat Tom wanting leftover burger

An edited cartoon image of Tom the cat from Tom and Jerry with a round, extremely fat body. He stands looking sideways and upward with a mild, expectant smile.

Used to joke about an overweight friend or someone with a huge appetite who eagerly waits to eat remaining food.
