Tonpa Spiteful Smile

Tonpa from the 1999 Hunter x Hunter anime smiles contentedly with thick eyebrows and stubble, wearing a blue tunic, with an Arabic subtitle declaring that he only cares about others failing.

Used to express pure spite, schadenfreude, or caring more about seeing others fail than succeeding yourself.
