A smirking white mouse wearing glasses plots that mice will inherit the earth, but is immediately confronted by an aggressive, muscular cat with glasses. In the bottom panel, the mouse shrinks into a small, nervous creature wearing an 'I love cheese' shirt and quickly retracts his words.

Used to mock someone who acts tough and makes grand threats when alone, but immediately cowers and plays innocent when confronted.
