Horse Trampling Man Room 4 Orthopedics

A black horse steps on and drags a man lying on the ground in the sand. Above the picture is a line of proud poetry about taming stubborn horses, followed at the bottom by text indicating he ended up in the hospital orthopedics ward.

Used to mock someone who boasts about being able to handle a tough challenge only to fail disastrously and end up injured.
