Restaurant workers having breakfast while customer waits

A customer inside an empty dining hall snaps a photo of all the restaurant cooks and workers gathered in a circle on a raised carpeted platform eating their own breakfast together, leaving nobody to serve food.

Used humorously when you go to an establishment or restaurant and find the staff completely unavailable or busy eating instead of doing their job.
