Sun slapping guy going outside

A cartoon showing an angry sun with long arms violently slapping a young man on the back of his neck as he tries to walk outside. The man stumbles forward dazed and sweating with his tongue hanging out from the brutal heat.

Used to describe the overwhelming, unbearable summer heat that hits you the moment you step outside.
