Guy waiting on stairs to scare friend

A photo taken from above on a staircase showing a person in a white shirt crouching on the lower flight of stairs, waiting to scare their friend, unaware that they have already been spotted from behind.

Used to mock someone whose plan or prank failed completely because their target spotted them beforehand.
