Gargamel election campaign

Gargamel from The Smurfs leans angrily out of a castle tower window, gesturing outward with an open hand alongside his cat Azrael. The image is styled as a satirical political election poster promising to destroy the voters.

Used to mock politicians and candidates who make terrible or openly harmful promises to their voters.
